AHHAHA, this is fucking hilarious...last year's tour there was only one band like these 3 on there, Further Seems Forever, and I remember a majority of the kids either sat on the ground or decided to watch the PETA video rather than see them...I guess PETA wants more kids to watch their video since Take Action has gotten 3 times as many horrible bands. Although last year the only 2 reasons to go were Shai Hulud and Dillinger Escape Plan.

I know this line up is totally rippable on so many levels... But shit...if they raise more money than they did last year with this lineup, than good for them....even if Hawthrone Heights is the worst band in the world.

i can get why they would want popular to be on this so money can go to the casue but can't they have good popular bands. the fant/weakerthans/bright eyes/atmosphere/T.I.N.C./ atleast somone else(not including anti-flag) who is good other then theses horrible horrible bands!

i'm not really a fan of any of the bands on the bill this year either but i do strongly support the tour and the cause it's supporting. I think that they're creators of the tour are just trying to appeal to the younger crowd this year. All of these bands have a fanbase that's no older than 18 for the most part. But i agree with most of you, the tour hasn't given me a reason to go in the past few years.

HA two I saw this in 2002...with anti-flag, bouncing souls, the international noise conspiracy, common rider, and the lawrence arms...one of the best shows of my life...to get to see Jesse perform was amazing... now its reduced to this.

Yea, well...I happen to like Sugarcult. My band has opened numerous times for Hawthorne Heights, and even though they're emo, they're obviously playing for a good cause. All of those bands are playing for a good cause. All of you scene asses need to suck it up and support anyways. I don't give a shit if GWAR was playing the damn show, I'd still come to support the cause. I've came to every show for 3 years now...I didn't care who was playing...I just knew I was doing the right thing by supporting these bands and this organization, which is what all you scene assholes need to do. *growls like a hardcore asshole*

maybe you all should have a little bit more respect for the bands that are playing. i happen to be a giant sugarcult and head automatica fan, and can not wait for this show. head automatica is the lead singer of Glassjaw's other band, so if you are a gj fan, maybe you should check them out [though the two bands sound very different.]

I'm SOO freakin pumped about this concert! I LOVE Early November and Hawthorne Heights! They are like great..I can't believe you guys are not loving this line up! The only way the tour could be any better is if TBS, Fallout, and like The Used joined in! But yeah..i'm soo there...see ya'll later!

As I do every year, I challenge all of you who seem to HATE our lineups to get off your ass, try to contact bands and get them to commit to a project like this. It isn't as easy as just picking up the phone - many bands we ask are not available or (yes people brace yourselves) NOT INTERESTED in touring on a charity/activist themed tour. So, unless you would like me to book the same 6 bands every year (who likely might want to try doing something ELSE), I suggest either you get up and put me to shame by booking your own tour or shut the heck up. I am all about CONSTRUCTIVE criticism and as you can see, I actually read these things and take your thoughts to heart....but only when they are useful ones. Susanne / Take Action Tour
