Streetlight Manifesto, Voodoo Glow Skulls, MU330 on Ska Is Dead 2005

The 2005 edition of this year's successful Ska Is Dead tour is in the world. It will run between February 1st and March 17th with a core lineup of Streetlight Manifesto, Voodoo Glow Skulls and MU330. Like this year's inaugural edition of the tour, other ska acts from across the US and Canada are expected to show up on various dates. Dates have not yet been announced.

Speaking of Streetlight Manifesto, the band has announced further touring plans for the next year: "we're also announcing our first ever foray overseas. the streetlight gang will be hitting the shores of england in mid april, then continuing, robbing and pillaging our way onto mainland europe and showing you all how we do what we do for a solid month. amsterdam, beware! hide the whores, we're bringing a knowles!."

I am the future brother in law of one of the streetlight manifesto band members and they are coming to my sisters wedding in august. I do know that they are going to europe this summer on tour with the Voo Doo Glow Skulls, and its fact.

i don't know about you, but i ahve gone to some fucking awesome ska shows in seattle. problem is that half the time they are so poorly advertised no one knows about them.

I have gone to some awesome ska shows, they're just not advertiesed well and the scene is rather quite small. The last one i went to was the VGS show. Hardly a soul there. 30 people tops.

no, i just dont think comparing keasby catch 22 with streetlight is much of a fight since half of the original members are in streetlight.

I always liked "Alone in a Crowd" Catch22 (with Jeff Davidson on the mic) better than "Keasbey Nights" (with Thomas on guitar/mic). I also enjoyed the two new songs on the re-release of the "Washed Up!" EP, but I think that the vocals/lyrics are terrible on "Dinosaur Sounds". "Everything Goes Numb" blows "Dinosaur Sounds" out of the water as far as the vocals/lyrics go, but I really enjoy the music on both.

The only information ANYone has is that that's not the title. It might not even be the Keasbey songs, it might not even be Streetlight Manifesto. A lot of doubt has been cast, and we won't know the full deal until it actually comes out.
