Whole Wheat Bread is hitting the road for the rest of January and most of February (with the Sloppy Meateaters.) The band will be releasing their debut CD Minority Rules produced by Darian Rundall (Pennywise, Yellowcard) on January 25th.

This band is awesome. Complete badasses. Check em out. They ought to tour with Razbari Sumthing. Then it could be the "Razbari Sumthing on Whole Wheat Bread" tour 2005.

Well now I understand the choice in band names...Plain White Bread just wouldn't work. In all seriousness though...these guys aren't that bad. I know its not saying much, but I'd rather listen to these guys than Good Charlotte or Simple Plan.
Someone (January 17, 2005)
they should sign to Bad Boy Entertainment just like B5 Did anyone catch Grattitude on TRL?

January 17th will go down as the day with the most consecutive news posts containing bad band names ever.

if you go to their myspace page and listen to "old man samson" its really dam good. it sounds like a flogging molly song. this is pretty insane from 3 guys who dress like rap stars. 3+ Replies

This might end up being the most sparsely attended tour in history. Anyone else here from Florida? Ocala?? Come the fuck on man, who stops off in Ocala 2+ Replies

While their lyrics and vocal style may seem a bit cliched, these guys are so much more punk rock than you. They played at my frat house during Rush Week (which, I'll admit, sounds unbelievably un-punk rock), and were fucking hilarious. They were talking about smoking crack before the show and shouting "Fuck the Police" to passing cop cars. Then they went to our after party and starting hitting on white chicks. And they were fucking awesome at freestyling. So, even if you don't like their style or lyrics, I suggest you check out their live show. It's a fucking riot. 2+ Replies

this band seriously sucks. just because they are black guys making pop-punk, doesn't mean its good pop-punk.
