Get Up Kids post final tour dates for farewell tour

The Get Up Kids, who called it quits in early March have confirmed the schedule for their final tour. The band announced the routing already, but the recent dates include venues as well.

how come with every friggin guitar i buy the volume knob goes out? The first one was a bronze series warlock which is understandable...but this one is a jackson kelly. I wish i knew something about wiring/electronics, now i have to pay some dipshit at the guitar shop like 30 dollars to do prolly 2 minutes of work :(

replacing a potentiometer requires cutting the two wires from the previous pot and reconnecting the same two wires to a new pot. Reconnection can be done by means of soldering or using small terminals. I would recommend terminals if you are having a consistent problem wearing out pots. Go to any local music store and buy a new pot for about $3. Make sure you note what the resistance is, it will likely be 5K or 10K ohms. -----Your Mom

If you have a chance go see them at the House of Blues in Hollywood. When I saw them there a long time ago they were outstanding.
