Oneida - August Morning Haze (MP3) |
Posted by adam on Tuesday, May 10, 2005 at 11:48 PM (EDT)
Earlier this month Brooklyn's Oneida released their latest genre-defying opus, The Wedding, via Jagjaguwar in the US, Rough Trade in Europe and Three Gut in Canada. To celebrate this momentous occasion the fine folks at Three Gut Records are giving away copies of both The Wedding and Oneida's 2004 full length Secret Wars.

This williamsburg/park slope/hipster crap has got to go. Brooklyn is alot rougher and tougher than this shit. Move to the midwest or something you geeks. 3+ Replies

Huh. I didn't even know The Wedding was out yet. Secret Wars is pretty damn cool though. I saw them play a few months back...my first thought was "That bald guy with the guitar looks like a physics professor...and that dorky lookin' guy at the keyboard looks like his grad student". They come off as a bunch of assholes, but put on a pretty good show. | Features
