Icarus Line leave V2, signs to Dim Mak

The Icarus Line, who released Penance Soiree last year, have parted ways with V2 and signed to Dim Mak. Since the release of that album, the band has also seen the departure of longtime guitarist Aaron North who went on to join Nine Inch Nails.

The band will be releasing an EP for the label later this year titled Black Lives At The Golden Coast. The record is expected in October.

I figured they were done for sure after Aaron left, I'm glad to hear they're not. (Sorry this took so long to post, I had to check with Dim Mak to see if this was a one-off EP if they had actually signed to the label fully.)

yeah, i guess the dude from ink and dagger, don devore, that used to play bass is now moved to guitarr...not sure what they are doing about bass for shows now though my daddy always told me, "measure twice, cut once" checking with dim mak was the right move - j the b - emailaddy

penance soiree is a good album, but these guys were one of the most disappointing live acts i've seen in a long, long time. not many people showed up, so instead of putting on the usual good show that i've heard they do, they completely half-assed it. didn't even put on their "outfits." it was a total waste of 9 bucks.

He orders the guy out of bed and ties him to a chair, while tying the girl to the bed he gets on top of her, kisses her neck, then gets up and goes into the bathroom. While he's in there, the husband tells his wife: "Listen, this guy's an escaped convict, look at his clothes! He probably spent lots of time in jail and hasn't seen a woman in years. I saw how he kissed your neck. If he wants sex, don't resist, don't complain, do whatever he tells you. Satisfy him no matter how much he nauseates you. This guy is probably very dangerous.
