I was just surfing around tonight and I found a very interesting website, called Project: Censored.org. They list their top stories, which were unceremoniously ignored by the mainstream media. Those of you who are familiar with Noam Chomsky are probably aware of the disturbing number of issues hidden from the public by the mainstream media. The classic example being, of course, East Timor, where genocide was occuring, but because of the American interests involved, it was ignored, and shoved under the metaphorical carpet. Check out the site, and keep yourself informed.
