BBC to air Gang of Four radio documentary

The BBC wrote to let us know about an upcoming documentary featuring influental outfit Gang of Four.

The band recently reissued their 1979 debut, Entertainment! which also included the Yellow EP and four previously unreleased recordings. The quartet signed to V2 back in April and the label will be issuing Whitey's Gift on September 20th.

The feature is presented by Anthony from New York's Radio 4 and The Futureheads, the Liars, Ladytron and the Departure contribute to the piece. It will air next Monday night on BBC Radio 1 at 11:30pm GMT and will be available for streaming online for the week following that. The stream will be available here.

The band also recently announced a series of North American dates in the fall.

Gang of Four were amazing, but they really could've got some better bands on the show.
