Brooklyn-based quartet, The SmashUp has signed to Warcon Entertainment, the label founded by Kevin Lyman, co-founder of the Vans Warped Tour, and Bob Chiappardi, founder and CEO of Concrete Marketing.

The band recently completed their debut for the label titled Being and Becoming which is due out September 27th, 2005 Some material from the album can be found on their purevolume and myspace pages.

The band is currently touring with Bleed the Dream and has some shows in the UK as well. .
