I am very grateful to all of you that have attended the shows that Colossal has played up to this point. It is really gratifying to play for such great people. Rest easy. Guitarist Jason Flaks played his last show with Colossal this past Saturday in Chicago. He is leaving the band to resume his teaching career and will be replaced by returning-member Eli Caterer. Jason posted to the band's website prior to the show:

so wait... this is the trumpet guy. does this other guy play trumpet as well. Was he on their EP before welcome the problems? I'm confused. In other news, my band got our mastered CD back today and it sounds dope. Yes. YES!
