Fiddler and The Higher have officially parted ways and the band is currently searching for a label. The band said only:
[We are] now officially unsigned! The t's are crossed, the i's are dotted, and the papers were signed, sealed, and delivered on Thanksgiving Eve. You should have seen the smiles and celebrations that took place that evening. We will now gladly explore our options as free agents, with the aid of Pete "J.R." Wasilewski and the CT Mafia management group.

The Higher is here for the long haul, so it's a marathon, not a sprint.

The band released two albums on the label, first Star Is Dead in 2003 and their debut full length, Hisitrionics earlier this year.
