Media: Big D and the Kids Table release videos for "Those Kids Suck," "My Girlfriend's On Drugs"

Big D And The Kids Table has posted a video for "Those Kids Suck," taken from their 2002 EP, Gypsy Hill.

Furthermore, Yahoo! Music has just posted the group's video for "My Girlfriend's On Drugs," off the band's 2004 full-length How It Goes. You can view it here.

The band issued the Salem Girls EP last month. They'll be supporting that release next year while on tour with Less Than Jake.

The band is also shooting a video for "LAX" in Boston today with live filmographer of sorts Dan Dobi. That track is off How It Goes. Dobi is responsible for the band's "You Lost, You're Crazy" video.

that's not even what i'm saying, dumbass. I like Big D a lot, but some of these videos are just like "Hey, i'm bored, wanna make a video for a song we released 3 years ago?" "Only if we can put it in black and white!" "Ok" dumb.

I think because they enjoy making videos. Why else would they? The videos are clearly made on zero budget, they make multiple videos for the same song, and sometimes choose songs that will never be singles, or aren't even on their latest album. Look at the whole series of Little Bitch videos. It looks like something you would do with your friends, sing along to a song while drinking beer. It's probably something they would do anyway, so they film it and put it on their website for people to watch.

Because Sean is really good at making videos. If you have a guy in your bands whos good at making videos, chances are you'll have a lot of them.

The old version of LAX blew considerably. It's a terribly written, whiny, bitchy song that has no sense of fun. It's like Big D doing Hawthorne Heights.

Are you serious? I heard good things about Big D for a while, but then I made the mistake of making that the first song I'd listen to. That song really turned me off. you fucking look at me like when girls are jealous? What the fuck? All the "fuck"s in that song are wasted. It makes me pine for the days of Limp Bizkit's "Chocolate Starfish and Hot Dog Flavored Water." Now, there's some great uses of fuck! haha

Alright, I heard one of the better songs by Big D that someone here recommended... forgot the name now, but it was actually pretty good. Way better than LAX. That song is garbage.

Dude, you're missing out. Believe me, I thought it was a bit goofy, too. But then I was like what the hell. I'll give it a shot. Now, they're my favorite band. I saw them on Friday and never felt so at home and happy at a show before. Besides, a bunch of good bands have !'s in their names now. Wow, Owls!, !!!, This Is My Fist!, etc.

That's fucking awesome, man. Congratulations. I saw them for the first time on Friday night and was blown away. I was completely overcome with emotion. I almost started crying out of happiness at the end of "Rice and Bread," because it was such an amazing and heartfelt show.

I am a lady, and yeah I love their shows just because of the ridiculous amount of effort and emotion they put into it... and the kids were going crazy... like, before they started setting up and crap, we were all singing their songs. It was sweet.

That's fucking great, man. I love LPIII as much as do I love LP and LPII. Anything the Soviettes touch turns to gold. Smoke or Fire was just okay... I like them and was expecting them to blow me away. Maybe it was the anticipation for AM!, maybe it was the fact that they didn't play my favorite song ("Loving, Self-Loathing").

i saw them open for dropkick murphys in montreal last week. strange set. they were on a roll and then some dude got on stage and told them they sucked so they beat him up on stage and then spent the rest of their set talking shit about the kid and making fun of his friends. basically they couldn't get over being told they sucked and ruined their own set because they were so offended. pretty lame.

that was when the kid stole an expensive piece of equipment from the bands backstage room while the band was playing. they brought him onstage to apologize and the kid thought it was a joke/didnt care/was an overall piece of shit so they lost their temper, and rightly so

the show was in Montreal, November 19th at Metropolis. i know it sounds weird, i've never see that happen at a show and i was surprised that a band who's on the road so much couldn't handle themselves better in that situation. they just kept making fun of the kid's friends, giving them the finger during songs, it even sounded like the singer was changing the lyrics to shittalk them. the worst part was they were also going on about how they don't suck, like they were so insecure about a teenager not liking them. they just came off like a bunch of losers.
