Additions to Bamboozle include Hawthorne Heights, Say Anything, From First to Last

More bands have been added to the 2006 edition of Bamboozle Festival. The additions include Hawthorne Heights, The All-American Rejects, Say Anything, From First to Last, Circa Survive, and Mae.

The bands will join previously announced headliners Fall Out Boy and Taking Back Sunday. The festival is scheduled for the weekend of May 6th at The Meadowlands in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Non-refundable tickets for the show are available now.

The festival was moved to the new venue after the 2005 edition resulted in frequent clashes between the organizers and city officials, a common occurence as of late. The 2005 festival was marred by problems including delays, legal disputes, fines, capacity issues and the relocation of the Bouncing Souls and Flogging Molly to an external venue.

actually i live in new york, and i was born in jersey, but i was raised in los angeles. if you think that jersey is better than everywhere in the country but ny you're fucking crazy, or you've never left the tri-state area

actually, i've never heard anyone complain about NC, so i guess it's probably pretty cool. except for UNC and Duke, they can both fuck themselves. at least i like Wake Forest... sorta.

Ok, I laughed at the punknews part. I think these fests just shoot too high. The fact of it is, Warped Tour spoils kids. It comes to their town with just as big of names as these festivals provide. No one wants to drive 6 hours and pay $75 for what they can get for 2 hours and $30. (Not that I like Warped, but they know how to do business)
