Five One has announced plans to release 365 Step Blues, the new album from Japan's Eastern Youth. The album will be only the second Stateside release from the perrenial post-punk act from Tokyo.
The release will include two extra tracks besides those on the original release and features original art design by Yoriko Yoshino who was responsible for Cursive's recent b-sides compilation.
The band is planning a tour around west coast with label-mates
Facing New York in late March. Right after that band will start Japan tour,
which they are hitting 30 cities. Plans are also in the works for a full
U.S. tour in the fall.
The band also previously issued the 2002 split, 8 Teeth to Eat You which featured contributions from Cursive as well.

This band is amazing, though their one US release is pretty pitiful in comparison to their Japanese albums. Amazing live. I've see 'em twice.
