Anti-Flag, A Wilhelm Scream, Latterman, Taking Back Sunday added to Groezrock festival

A number of additions have been announced for the upcoming 15th Anniversary of the annual Groezrock Festival. The long-running European festival will take place in Meerhout, Belgium from April 28th to 29th.

In addition to the previously announced acts the organizers will welcome Anti-Flag, All Out War, Taking Back Sunday, Aiden. The Banner, A Wilhelm Scream, Born From Pain and Latterman

While the schedule will not be announced till February, you can click Read More for the planned lineups and days confirmed so far.

They're still a terrible label. Run like a major label, by a douchebag who only signs the most trendy bullshit. They used to have bands like Snapcase. Now they have the Aidens of the music world. They do have Streetlight and C22, (and the Tossers), but I consider those the exceptions.

Comeback Kid and With Honor are fine, (not as sure about DH) I don't listen to much hardcore so i tend to skip over them in my mind. They do have a few bands reminiscent of their old hardcore sound as well as a couple ska-ish bands, but again, those are the exceptions in a sea of nu-screamo, which is universally terrible.

I went to see Avail tonight with some friends and saw a guy who looked like the singer of Latterman. I pointed him out to my friends, but they wouldn't believe it was him. After all, it was Arizona, and there was no reason for him to have been here. I kept insisting it was him, but they kept calling me an idiot. Anyways, it turned out to actually be him, and we wound up singing along to a cover of "Do You Still Hate Me?" together. What a cool night.

i'll be there on saturday. I hope no use ain't the headliner though. neither anti_flag nor dropkick smurphies. maybe they'll get NOFX to tour with me first, that would rock.
