Toronto's Kover joins Engineer Records

Engineer Records has signed Toronto, Ontario's Kover. The Canadian quartet are described as "classic post-hardcore, classic rock and classic song riff-writing" and will be releasing Assembly via the label.

The band recorded with producer Greg Dawson at BWC Studios in Brampton, Ontario and expect to see a release in June.

Some tracks, including a Platinum Blonde cover, can be found on their myspace page.

i have no clue why shit isn't going on in western european countries. i mean, it is - but i'm surprised the violence is more widespread. it's disturbing, but that's just a messed up situation overall.

I'm from Toronto and go to shows all the time and I've never once heard of these guys.

I knew Blue Skies At War, and that's why I know these guys. Some of them are from that band. Im sure ALL us Toronto cell mates have heard of them, how could we have not? They were pretty killer.
