Detroit-based band The Warning have set a May 16th, 2006 release date for their upcoming debut for Punkcore. The band, who previously performed as The Dead Heroes, are compared to "Exploited, GBH, and even Motorhead" and have titled the record All Systems Dead.
A track, "Social Disease," from the record can be streamed directly from punkcore and other material can be found on their myspace page. Following the release, the band is planning a tour with labelmates Damage Case and those dates are expected shortly. Punkcore Records (11 comments)

What is it with Punkcore? With so many horrible bands how does this label stay in business? They must have a tough time digging through all those crappy demos just to find the worst band possible to sign to their label. 1+ Reply

yea same here, I don't get why people rag on Punkcore... they have or did used to have a very good roster- LCB.Defiance,The Unseen, A Global Threat, Casualties. And Action is really good.

yea punkcore has good bands, but then again they have crappy ones like these guys, i really dont like them that much and the messengers, but pretty much everyone else on it is good and i cant wait for the new shit from some of the bands on it.....Also Unseen weren't on punkcore. 2+ Replies

Ive heard some pretty bad reviews of this band. Personally I am big on the Punkcore singings, but these guys just really dont interest me all that much. I may go see them play if they come near Chicago just because of Damage Case.
