Shat announce "Cuntree" album art; support touring in progress

Buddyhead act Shat have announced plans to release their next album, Cuntree later this year. The album will consist of 69 songs and will reportedly clock in at 69 minutes as well. No release date has been set as yet.

You can check out the album art and tracklisting at the band's website.

The band is currently in the midst of a tour, preparing for the imminent release of the new album.

I just love the idea of somebody like this actually getting to release records. He's pretty damn hardcore, not everybody can answer "why the hell do you still live with your parents at your age?" with "I got shot in the head, THATS WHY!".

Actually, it's not. Musically it's more gwar. "shit on her tits" and "what do you think christina augilera is doing right now" are best for starters. And the songtitles aren't just random.

That man is absolutley crazy. Crazy as in mentally ill, not crazy as in off the hook, even though he's that too. Last time i saw him he was standing naked in the queue outside, totally out of his mind, staring blankly into a wall, for FIVE hours.

Interesting that the band once contained members of Dillinger Escape Plan. Sounds like a fun little band (not good, persay, but fun). Still I doubt I'd really like their music. Chances are I wouldn't really like Anal Cunt so much if I didn't get into them years back. Minute long songs about dicks and cunts are only interesting for so long. -Dante

Anyone know what happened to that Buddyhead band Gayrilla Biscuits? They played Gorilla Biscuits songs but changed the words so that everyone was gay. Now THAT was cool.

I happen to think that this guy writes some pretty catchy songs on their own, regardless of the crazy content. I also talked to a club owner around Dallas the other day about their show there a few weeks ago. Yeah, he was naked alright. Outside. In 30 degree weather. He also invited a bunch of cowboy types out the the show (when he put some clothes on) and they actually came. But when they got there and saw this guy pantless with like 5 dildoes on his body, they turned around and left... after paying and everything. Damn. - J Tr'Vay
