I totally agree dude. I think it's the first 3 songs, and when I believe track 9, I can't stand anything else off it.
But, I dig a lot of bands who have recorded at the Blasting Room, so, who knows, maybe this album will be good.

me personally, no. but if you take a look at ebay, you'll see differently. i like records to listen to, and i guess you could say i collect them. but i doubt i'll ever sell them unless i'm EXTREMELY broke and no longer care about the music. but yeah, its fucked up because i bet a lot of people who don't give a fuck about propaghandi are going to make a lot of money off of this.

Seeing CBK live both with Scott Wade and Andrew Neufield, I can honestly say that Neufield is just as awesome if not moreso a frontman than Wade was. He had passion and intensity to spare, and doesn't do the Figure Four growl, he has the same kind of shout vocals that the CBK we all now and love has.

Nice to know that he's not singing like he did in Figure Four. I do like his backing vocals in CBK though. I was a little worried about that though cause I liked Scott's shout, and I didn't like Andrew's Figure Four "growl" vocals too much cause I'm not hardcore enough... Looking forward to the new record. I hope they play a show or two here in CO when their recording in November. That'd be an awesome birthday present.

I seen Comeback Kid with Neufield singing, he kicked ass... oddly enough he sounded just like the record. The singer left the Strung Out tour for personal problems, and then they reported that he left like a month ago. Neufield is really good live, great crowd work!

i think saying that it was one of the best hardcore albums recorded is a hyperbole, it really is way too done up, but that is typical victory records doing what they do best. die tonight had a solid rooted intrumentation and the carried agression minus the heavy boderline metal breakdowns that brought them back to the real roots of the genre, that's really all i can say, die tonight was the only song on that album i liked although they know what they are doing, things are going to go downhill with the new vocalist, i mean look a with honor, they are in pretty rough shape every since todd mackey left, they won't be the same and comeback kid won't either, oh and one last thing perhaps one of the best modern day hardcore albums recorded will have to go to, paint it black-paradise or my favorite of all time, although not as recent, the solid, the missed dearly, american nightmare-background music

Ehh... I was really anticipating this episode...
It wasn't worse than pip, but it's certainly the worst in a while.
I don't care that much though, it seems like it was exactly what they're going for, it just didn't strike me at all. It did get alot better around 15 minutes though, nice to see them push the edges more and more every season, or recently, every episode.

Whoever said this was them returning to their roots is totally out of line. Yes, bringing back towelie is just that, but an episode not even taking place in south park isn't exactly old school. Trey and Matt probably loves this though.

that's pretty much how i feel about most hardcore bands. although bane shows are pretty fun, and this is coming from someone that was raised in the ska scene.
