Face to Face to release DVD this fall

The companion to the retrospective compilation Shoot the Moon: The Essential Face to Face has been announced. Titled Shoot The Moon: The Essential DVD, the disc is due out October 17th, 2006.

The DVD will include the band's last-ever performance at the House of Blues in Hollywood, CA along with a brand new documentary featuring over 70 minutes of exclusive interviews from all members of the band past and present. The disc will include the band's out-of-print 1999 DVD/Video The First Seven Years along with audio commentary and every Face To Face video.

The long-running band broke up in 2003 shortly after the Vagrant release of How to Ruin Everything.

one of my all time favorites

i am surprised at how much flack they get. i always liked them.

still bummed that i was too lazy to drive the two hours to see them on a weeknight in DC on their farewell tour. oh well, at least i saw em a bunch.

i will definitely be checking this dvd out.

Hell Yes!!! Ignorance Is Bliss is one of the best records out of any genre of music. It's in my top 5 albums of all-time.

So good to see someone else here that appreciates incredible music.
