Some news has surfaced from Explode and Make Up, a new band featuring Denis Buckley formerly of 88 Fingers Louie, the Story So Far & Undercast as well as Jeff Dean of the Bomb & Four Star Alarm, Pete Mittler of the Bomb and the Methadones and Tim Den from the Boston band Kimone.

The band is currently in Detroit at Ringside Studios with Royce Nunley recording debut 7-inch. The band takes their name from Bob Mould's Sugar, and plays "hardcore punk tunes."
