Ellison's "Say Goodnight, Sleep Alone" out August 8, 2006

Ellison, one of the first bands signed to Hawthorne Heights vocalist JT Woodruff label, Carbon Copy Media, has set a date for their upcoming debut.

Set for release on August 8th, 2006, the album titled Say Goodnight, Sleep Alone will be inaugaral release on Carbon Copy and three news songs from the album are available online.

The guy from Hawthorne Heights has his own record label? I assumed he would be too busy trying to get rock off the back burner.

The real question is: what type of music do these guys play?
Is it funk rock groove metal, or indie hip hop nerd rap?
Or possibly overtly melodic, drown out, hair swooped, down sydrome, emo-core?

One can only guess.

While I respect JT came here on the last thread to talk and he stood up for himself and likes his band and blah blah blah, my real question is how can any self respecting grown, adult man write such trite, dumb, ..immature lyrics? My guess is because it sells. I don't remember JT admitting that. Does Mr. JT really feel that the chorus, for example in their current song on the radio right now is actually good??
