Australia's Blueline Medic have announced plans to enter the studio to record the follow up to their 2003 Fueled By Ramen full length, Text_Bomb.

Since that album, the band has only released a split with Ted Leo And The Pharmacists in 2005 via Casa Del Disco.

The band had this to say:
Just to let you know that the demos are finally finished and it looks as though we'll be heading into the studio during August to make a new record. We're all very excited and realise it has been far too long in between drinks.

Our review of the band's last album described them as "aggressive-yet-kind form of pop-punk [like] Jawbreaker songs circa-Dear You, only with an Australian accent providing the vocals."
