Media: Cannons (ex-Bear vs. Shark) post new songs

Cannons, a band featuring ex-members of Bear Vs Shark, have posted new tracks on their MySpace. The band formed this past Spring and note "show dates to come... a record too."

im pretty sure hes pursuing his visual art, he had a showcase of his stuff in grand rapids or something recently

I was really bummed out when bear vs shark broke up. Terrorhawk was one of my favorite albums of last year

lingua were one of the weirdest bands. they would be incredible one time and then terrible the next time i saw them. i think i might like the empty orchestra better over all, they seem more consistant

all the lingua franca guys,plus another, were in this band called may/june that I think I liked the best out of all three. and I agree that I like empty orchestra better,but lingua franca had some terrific songs.

this is a pleasant surprise. stuff sounds really fresh and alive so far.
I guess this is an easy let down for my dream of a BearvsShark reunion (one of my top 5 favorite bands without dispute.)
