Vagrant act, the Lemonheads have a full album stream of their long-awaited new full length. The band will be releasing the self-titled album - their eighth - on September 26th, 2006. The album was produced by Bill Stevenson, who also performed on the album along with his Descendents/ALL bandmate Karl Alvarez.

In addition to Stevenson and Alvarez, the album features guest performances from J Mascis (Dinosaur Jr.) and Garth Hudson (The Band).

Originally formed in the 80s, the band released three albums on Taang - home of Poison Idea and Slapshot, before signing to Atlantic and achieving mainstream success. From 1998 to 2004, the Lemonheads were on hiatus and the new record is their first in a decade.
