New Romance for Kids Records have posted 2 songs from the debut LP of Montreal experimental punks the Discord of a Forgotten Sketch. The quartet will be launching their brand new record this Friday at Divan Orange. The show is part of Pop Montreal 2006, serving as a showcase for New Romance for Kids as well as a record release party for TDOAFS. They will share the stage with labelmates the Expectorated Sequence, The Stolen Minks and Brian Seeger.

The new LP from the band remains untitled, as will all their releases, including their 2004 EP. The record features 10 songs in at 30 minutes and will be released later this month in Canada, mid-November everywhere else.
