Despite splitting up in August, New Jersey-based hardcore act The Banner has announced some plans to resume touring. The band posted the announcement:

The Banner will be hitting the road again with original/founding member Garrett back in action. We will be doing limited touring on the east coast/northeast tentatively starting in January.

The plan right now is to only do limited touring and depending on how it goes we may extend it if theres a demand.Quite frankly i just don't have it out of my system yet and need to get my ass back in the van.

There is no word on if or when a follow up to 2005's Each Breath Haunted is expected.
