TKO Records has signed San Jose street punk act the Forgotten. The band will head into the studio soon for an early 2007 release. They'll be recording with veteran engineer Jerry Adamo (U.S. Bombs, the Stitches) and TKO house producer Ron Martinez (Lower Class Brats, Clit 45, Krum Bums).

I do love these guys. Keep the Corpse Quite is still more played than Control Me but I love em both.

I only have Control NMe which has some good songs and a few that really standout but didn't impress me that much.

They did a record before that on TKO i think, too.

OK, and this is a promise. Never will I claim hometown cred unless it is truly deserved, and I am from Los Gatos and when I was 14 saw these guys play at radio free records in campbell (now closed I'm sure. In the same plaza as Papa Murphy's on Union). I took my first sip of a forty with the punk crew who went to Leigh and was scared out my mind. So yeah, best show ever. |
