Dead End Cruisers reuniting for show in Austin

Austin, TX based, Clash inspired punk band the Dead End Cruisers will reform for a show on November 25th at Emo's. The Ends and Razorwire will support. In their time the Cruisers put out three full lengths, two via TKO Records.

Dead End Cruisers members Neil Curran, Graham Mills and Brent Schumacher now play in the Score. Recently Curran and Mills were featured on an episode of the television program "Flip This House."

Cool. I'll be in Houston seeing Chuck Ragan that day and that night, but cool nonetheless. On a related note, Los Skarnales' last show ever is Thanksgiving night at Fitzgerald's off of Whiteoak and Studemont in the Heights. For anyone in Houston that cares.

los skarnales are an amazing band. i just wish i would have got to see them come to canada sometime before they split.

speaking of austin...i just watched the devil and daniel johnston last night...never heard of him before the documentary...but it was a damn good movie...i also like his music from what i heard...makes me want to check out more of his stuff

i haven't seen the documentary in question, but if it didn't come across in it, daniel johnston is fucking crazy. he's threatened friends of mine multiple times with death.

it made that point very clear...but he's bipolar...what else would you expect...you should watch the movie...it just kinda shows the struggle his family and friends have gone through dealing with his illness...it's amazing just hearing some of the shit he's been through...i dont want to spoil it for anybody...but its definitely worth seeing...i dont know how serious your friends take these death threats but i think after seeing this movie you will realize that he is pretty harmless...although there was a time in his life when that wasn't the case...this was mostly due to a period in his life of heavy lsd use combined with a mental illness.

Why is it that this is posted only 4 dyas before the show?? How am I afford a short notice plane ticket and get to Austin in 4 days??

What really pisses me off is that so many crappy bands have reunited in my area, NYC in particular. And it is extremely rare that these shows live up to their hype. But this band will be fantastic..... and 1500 miles away from me.
