Sparks The Rescue plans digital-only EP

Sparks The Rescue has set a February 6th, 2007 release date for their upcoming digital-only EP, The Secrets We Can't Keep. The disc is due out via Double Blind and will feature 6 songs and a music video.

The disc will be available via iTunes, eMusic and Downloadpunk. You can preview three of the six songs on the band's myspace page.

Give it a few years and cd's will be gone... cd's have been around for 20 years...tapes tracks and 8 never even lasted that long, evolve with the times or get left behind.

I just checked out their profile/music on myspace and I have to disagree with som of the previous comments... these guys are sick as hell, I loved it! I cant wait to pick up the EP for the ye' old iPod

I can't beleive everyone is crapping on a digital release. It is the future. Why spend thousands on paper and plastic so you can go to Wal Mart and help keep them in business?

Sparks the Rescue is composed of a bunch of great guys who obviously love what they do. Their live performances are amazing, and the energy that they have on stage electrifies their audiences. I'm completely excited about the release of this album even though I've already heard all the songs on it. Everything they've put out there has been really fantastic, so give it a listen.

I can't wait for this EP!!! The fact that it's being released electronically doesn't bother me, just as long as I get to listen to my Sparks the Rescue! Hopefully this means we'll be able to catch them out on tour! Yayyy!
