Horse the Band plan for "A Natural Death"

HORSE the Band will be releasing A Natural Death on June 26, 2007. The band describes the album with the appropriate quantities of pomp and circumstance:

A Natural Death is about the futility and arrogance of creation and destruction, the overwhelming scale of space and time, and the brutal majesty of nature, the horror of birth and the beauty of death . Everyone who will ever live will die a natural death, and will soon after be forgotten for eternity.

Hopefully this album will serve as a warning to the human race to stop taking itself so seriously, as we have seen the dire consequences of its actions in the future. You are nothing.

It is the follow-up to the Pizza EP which was released in 2006 and The Mechanical Hand which preceded it in 2005.

I can't even tell if that's supposed to be an insult or what. I don't think anyone takes them "seriously," as they clearly joke around a lot, but that doesn't mean that they are not great. Which, by the way, they are.

To be fair, R.Borlax had some very memorable moments. While The Mechanical Hand had about two. And the Pizza EP was just embasassingly bad. But these guys are decent musicians I'll give them that. I have a shred of hope they can still unleash something worthwhile. It'll be a good recovery from two really bad albums.

Resist Convinience is so much better then Insanity Later.

sans the weak singing parts (he doesn't have the voice for) the cd is overall wayyyy less repetitious, better structured, and way less drawn out.

Insanity Later is a bunch of breakdowns and songs that go forever. it's average at best.

200,000-400,000 dead and 2.5 million refugee's.

sometime's we just take what we have for granite and now when I have a bad day and think my life has gone to shit, I will remember these figures and hopefully learn to not do that as much.
