Tours: Go Betty Go

Go Betty Go have announced a tour set to kick off in mid-April. Last year, the band announced their new vocalist Emily Wynne-Hughes. The band's most recent record was the SideOneDummy-release Nothing Is More.

21+ shows yahooooo, fuck bands that play 21+ shows. They need a new booker or need to try harder booking shows. I hope the lead singer who replied in their last post replies to this. Hey you are not gonna get many more fans playing bar shows.

i met one of them at warped tour 2 years ago, and she was kinda hot. i think it was the drummer? could be wrong.

Aixa (Ay-EET-za) the drummer is definitely pretty (long, curly blonde hair)... but more importantly, a good drummer!

I'd do both bands too.

I'm sad Nicolette left though. She was 90% of the bands energy. I haven't seen them since the Voodoo Glow Skulls tour they did, though. I'll be interested to see how the new chick is. She will never be able to live up to Nicolette's hotness. Aixa is just as hot though.

God, I love these chicks. I remember stumbling into one of their shows at SXSW in 04 I think. They played with Flogging Molly. Such a good set. All the other suckers were seeing Against Me!, The Larry Arms, NoFX, and Alkaline Trio next door. I saw Go Betty Go, and they blew me away.

and no, they didn't blow me. i'd seen against me! before, and i saw them for free the next day. i was originally going to that show, but i was about ten people past the cutoff point to get in. when there are no presales you have to get their early. i had to drive from dallas.
