Dead Kennedys bassist Klaus Fluoride has joined Blind Orange Genocide, a band formed last year by Greg Ingraham of the Avengers and Johnny Genocide of No Alternative.
The band has finished writing an album's worth of original material and is gearing up for live shows late this summer. The band is currently shopping for an indie label to put the resulting record out. The band describes their sound as "early Stones/Yardbirds with shades of garage sounding influence thrown in for good measure."

(offtopic)i have a question about jawbreaker. i know what the 4 f's stand for, but does anyone know why the chose that? i wouldnt really describe their music as "Hardy, God-fearing, Cheerful, Free".
