Discharge, Conflict, Broken Bones to headline Montreal Chaos Fest 4

Promoter Man in Anger has announced the intial lineup for the 4th Montreal Chaos Fest. The August 25th event promises shows from noon until midnight, with a trio of long running UK punk bands headlining. The show will feature apperances from Stoke-on-Trent's Discharge, London's Conflict (part of an overall Canadian tour), and Broken Bones. More bands are expected to be announced soon.

Last time I saw Conflict in Montreal, they pulled the plug on them. I hope it's better this time. It's a much smaller venue though. And Citizen Fish an Subhumans aren't playing...

Saw conflict at academy in the uk...and they sucked. They basically had two songs that they played over and over again under different guises. And they played for waaay too long.

I'd have to agree. I saw them a couple of years ago at the Palace in LA and was quite disappointed especially when the opening bands (The Unseen was one of them) were great.

I saw Conflict play a couple time over the 2 last year and they don't suck at all, they give one of the most intense and amazing show i've ever saw! don't miss it

Well when the plug was pulled at the conlfict show i was at in Mtl. There was no riot. The cops were so hoping for one though, judging by the amount of cops around the venue. But no riot. You would think montrealers would be all riot happy after the hockey riots and the GNR riot...
