Dear and the Headlights: "Sweet Talk"

Dear and the Headlights has posted the first video from their new record. The track is featured on their recent Equal Vision release Small Steps, Heavy Hooves.

The band, who signed to Equal Vision this past October, is currently on tour supporting Plain White T's and Boys Night Out.

I prefer the demo version. When I went to this show, specifically to see these guys there was Devil rays baseball opening night and a jazz festival in the same area. Slow traffic and no parking. A fucking waste, so I went to the casino instead.

what a horrible name.
but oh my god I love this band, and I don't even know why.

I rock this album so hard now that it's getting to that windows down, sunroof open weather. it's nothing ground-breaking, but it's some happy, ridiculously catchy shit. I Just Do and Sweet Talk have been seeing some serious playtime in particular.

Same here. I don't get it, but this album has totally grabbed me. I got it to see who was opening for Boys Night Out and now I'm as excited to see these guys!
