California's The Actual have posted their new single "This Is The Worst Day Of My Life" for download via their MySpace page. The song appears on the band's upcoming album In Stitches, due on the 29th of May via Scott Weiland's new Sony BMG imprint Softdrive Records.
The band will hit the road in May supporting Weiland's current band Velvet Revolver. Following those dates the band will hit the Warped Tour for an August stint on the Volcom Stage.
