Tours: Dropkick Murphys (US east coast)

The Dropkick Murphys have announced a slate of US tour dates for August. The band will hit the road in Wantagh, NY on August 2nd and will travel to the ICONS "Irish Connections" festival in Canton, MA on August 12th. Furthermore the popular act has a free show scheduled for September 20th in Buffalo, NY's Lafayette Square.

The Murphys released The Warrior's Code in 2005 via Hellcat Records.

Grant Tyler of Boston ska.com and known Dropkick Murphy's tour manager is Wanted for Questioning in the Netherlands for a Child Molesting Scandal that can Rock the next Dropkick Murphy's tour in europe if and when he returns will be Arrested..

During the last dkm tour in Europe "Grant Tyler'' Single Handly Picked Young boys Under age raging from 13yrs to do the usual Irish gigabo dance on stage with the Dropkick's at there show in Denmark and Sweden Promising them that they will meet the band afterward's at there hotel Room only to come And to find an empty hotel room showing "Child Porn" as "Grant Tyler" locked the Hotel Room Refusing to let the two 13yr boys out. Screaming loudly for there lives and fighting off "Grant Tyler's" Sexual advances

i just recently got back into this band the other night when one of their songs off of "the warrior's code" came on. it sounds completely ridiculous, but a bar fight broke out right when the song came on. ever since then, i've wanted to get into a bar fight.

The Tossers are with 8-11 and 8-12. The show at Mulcahy's is 18+. The shows at Tink's and Bottle & Cork are 21+.

it says Stone Pony Lot....which means it will probably be outside of the Stony Pony...they've had shows out there before...Murphy's inside Stone Pony would be much better

Yeah I totally agree they need to play inside the pony much more fun. It is defientially a venue that screams DKM(inside). If you go to there page and go to feedback or something you should write they should playinside. it small and all but it would make the show so much better.

No matter the stage it will be a good show. The only thing that kinda sucks it the doors are going to be so early since Asbury has a live outdoor music curfew of 10pm I believe. They can always play 2 shows inside the pony like they did in Cleveland I believe on the past March tour. As the one person said, you can probally talk them into it if you post it on the comments/feedback section on the murphys page or myspace them. Anyways see you all at the show. Anyone know if its going to be all ages?

I'm kind of surpised you ahven't seen them, if nothing else I would've thought you had caught the tour they did with the Utters and Lars and the Bastards. Anyhow, I'm not a big DKM fan, either but I reccomend seeing them at least once or twice. I saw them four times before I got sick of them.
