Former Nerve Agents frontman Eric Ozenne has finally named his new band. Originally announced as the Strange Young Heroes, the group is now going by the name Said Radio. Scene Point Blank's cleared up the band's line up, which seems to have shifted somewhat since earlier announcements. The group now features Gary Gutfeld of Redemption 87, Ryan Mattos and Anthony Anzaldo of Ceremony, and Dante Sigona of the Nerve Agents. The band will play their debut show at West Seattle Legion Hall in Seattle, WA on Monday July 23 with Ceremony, Shipwreck, and Ruiner.

It's about damn time they resurfaced. Impressive line-up...hopefully they tear it up.

I am really jealous of anyone fortunate enough to see these shows. I consider Eric a friend, and his bands have only gotten better as time goes on. Ryan Mattos also was a Nerve Agents roadie back in the day. I cannot wait till some recordings surface.

This is the best PunkNews I have heard in a long time. I heard all kinds of rumors about this band, but nothing solid. I think the band was rumored to be Glamour, Ex-Nihilo, and now Said Radio. If anyone cares, check out the bullshit review of Nerve Agents "Days of the White Owl" on PunkNews. 1+ Reply

this band was never the Strange Young Heroes. That band was MArk Hayworth, Timmy Chunks, Dante ,Gary and I. Five was A side project to the Strange Young Heroes while MArk was out on tour for a year and a half. the Strange Young Heroes never made it back together....I got to busy, Mark had a baby, Dante was tied up in school. This band was Five (for over a year), Glamour (for four days), and Ex Nihilo (for a few weeks). | Features
