Oshawa, Ontario's Cuff the Duke were recently in the studio recording the follow up to their sophomore self titled full length. The band is planning for either a late August or early September release, but those details are still under wraps. The band's Three Gut released debut album Life Stories For Minimum Wage was reissued earlier this year via Outside Music. The label also released frontman Wayne Petti's solo debut City Lights Align this past March.

In recent years members of the band have joined members of the Weakerthans and FemBots in the instrumental indie rock collective Hylozoists. That act recently put out the record La Fin du Monde.
