Longstanding NYHC act Madball has unveiled the title track to their upcoming 6th full length Infiltrate The System. You can check it out via MySpace. The follow-up to Legacy hits stores on August 21st via Ferret Records.

this band is actually pretty fucking talented.
flawless live. ive seen them in front of thousands in europe, and they kill.
so, all the losers on here that just dont really get it.. its alot more than "tough guy chugga chugga bra" shit.
these guys made a fucking living out of playing music.

H2o havent really been around for the past 5 years besides a a few shows here and there. I really dont think you can compare h2o with madball cause H2o's FTTW is one of the best mellodic HC/punk cd's ever realeased.

What a joke. This might be 'okay' when they were young and angry you know, but I don't think a bunch of old fat hc dudes are going to 'infiltrate' any 'system' other than possibly a 'system' of bands putting out good music. The idea that a band can still play that chugga chugga bs for like 15 years is crazy.

Madball only ever got anywhere because of the Freddy Cricien / Roger Miret connection, I don't think anyone EVER took them very seriously. This is just more of the same old crap.

Not necessarily that Fucked Up is an amazing band, but next to Madball...they are.

I wrote the original comment. I haven't heard those other bands but I'm just saying. After however long hc music has been around, people should expect more from bands, especially if the members are no longer under age of around 25 or something. I see these HC bands with old dudes playing boring ass youth crew riffs, the same riffs that have been around for 15 years or more. I tend to respect hc bands that try to do something a little differently with the music. Anyway it's no different than Hatebreed writing the same riffs that masses of dudes can mosh to. They are old enough to know better.
