Bad Religion will hit the road this fall in support of New Maps of Hell. They'll tour alongside UK-based Epitaph labelmates Gallows and LA street punks the Briggs with a pre-sale setup via Ducat King.

Bad Religion released New Maps of Hell, their fourteenth overall full length, this past July. On that same day Gallows brought their acclaimed Orchestra of Wolves over to North America.

Someone posted on a Bad Religion fan page that they heard on the Radio that BR would be playing the HOB in Hollywood 5 times... I have a bootleg of the Dever Warped tour show and Graffin said the would be back in the fall

anyone remember when they opened for blink 182 in 98? Yeah it made ya wanna break something then too.....between that and madness opening for no doubt and i think it was the toasters opening for the bosstones.....not much ya can do about it though.

I will say I'll take Gallows over From First to Last any day of the week. Lesser of two evils and all..

the detroit show is only in a 1200 seater. they have played a 3000 seat venue the last few times here, so it seems al ittle weird they would go back to a small one. i think the last time they played clutch was when they toured with handsome adn the promise ring

The one good thing about Kansas:

There are either small venues, or absolutely huge venues (at least the ones I've seen or been to). Most bands who come here that I see choose the small venues as they can't fill the big venues...which is always a good thing.

Everytime I see the briggs they have never once mentioned their beliefs to anyone. They believe what they believe.
All i know is that they are cool guys who good to their fans and put on one hell of a show.

They are completely boring live, sound like a different band than on record. Yes, they are Scientologists. It's somewhat a well known fact in LA and from what I've been told by a band who toured with them, their early lyrics and/or interviews don't deny it and prove what you're asking. Scientologists are "scheme-y" and they use a lot of smoke and mirrors to convert. Duh.

Goddamnit, this is playing Cleveland the same night as Henry Rollins doing spoken word.

On one hand, I've never seen Rollins before in any capacity, and I hear he's pretty great in spoken-word shows.

On the other, it's Bad fucking Religion, who I've never seen outside of Warped Tour.

But on the other, BR's opening acts are weak as shit.

What should I do?

Rollins IS great, but I venture to say that he'll probably doing spoken word longer than BR will be playing shows (or at least at the energy level they still have today).

If you had seen a proper BR show before, I'd say it was an even tie, but since you've only seen them at Warped, my vote is for BR. But just barely.

I think you'll probably have more chances to see Rollins in the future.
