In summary, there is just a lot of Latinos, mainly in Los Angeles area, that found strong simmilarities to The Smiths and Morrissey's earily solo lyrical content about life in the UK that drew strong parallells to hardships faced by Latinos in the Los Angeles area.

There is a few fan documentaries being made on the issue, but I can't recall their names right now.

about half of the shows will get cut. i mean shit, morrissey's manager obviously has never heard of supply and demand. why the hell have 15 shows in 1 location? Serious, after the first 3 nights, whos going to go see him the rest of the week?

Not to mention Social Distortion and Tiger Army both play that many nights a row in LA. Granted House of Blues is smaller, but Morrisey's a hell of a lot bigger than both of those.

You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about and obviously know nothing about Morrisey. Morrisey sold out the Hollywood Bowl a few months ago at 30,000. Ten shows at the Palladium is about 30,000-35,000 tickets. Throw in the fact they'll be many repeats and he sells them out easily.

Are you daft? Do you see one arena on this list? He sold out every show on the stint he just finished charging 50-100 dollars a seat depending on the area he was in...

you must not be too big a fan. He will most certainly play all the shows (that is, he won't cancel due to poor sales) because his fan base is like propagandhi times three. Especially in Cali, I bet the majority sell out. I saw him a couple weeks ago in Birmingham and it was definitely the best show I've seen all year.

I dont like the last few cds he put out and he hasnt played much older stuff the last couple of times I've seen him. He sounds great though.

Id see State Radio just for Gunship Politico & Democracy In Kind.
