Gearhead Records act Lords Of Altamont will soon see the departure of bassist Spencer Robinson, but they've scored quite a coup with his replacement. Michael Davis of pioneering proto-punk act the MC5 has joined the LA-based rock act as a permanent member. The band is looking start writing and get back in the studio soon.
