Videos: Every Time I Die: “We'rewolf”

Every Time I Die have posted the first video from their upcoming full length. The record is titled The Big Dirty and is due out September 05, 2007. It is the follow-up to Gutter Phenomenon which was released in 2005 and then released again in a pinker version.

The video was inspired by the 1985 Michael J.Fox movie Teen Wolf.

unfortunately, the rest of the album pretty sounds like this.

gone are the complicated arrangements, in are the classic rock guitars and (not directly because of this change, it just happens to have happened at the same time) gone are the good songs.

I Love ETID, im jut going to forget about this album is all. forgive, and forget.

Gotta love it when people are so afraid of change or a challenge to their taste in music that they just can't take it when good music comes out of a band but doesn't sound exactly the same as their old shit. If you like Last Night in Town or hotdamn or whatever, please just tell me you're a fan of those records, not of ETID. It reminds me of people that tell me they like music, but when I ask them what they're into they rhyme off a pile of artists from the same fucking genre. If you only like country or rap or whatthefuckever, don't call yourself a fan of music because that actually implies some level of appreciation for music as a whole. This album, although i've only heard about 3 songs from it, will rock, even despite the lack of 345 beats per measure with five beats per sextet on alternating feet. glayven.

I DO like all kinds of music, and there are plenty of good parts to this album, like: oh thats a good guitar part, or oh thats a cool verse. unfortunately there is only one song, where at the end I thought, that was a GOOD SONG.

they changed their style, thats not what I was saying was bad. Unfortunately, I dont think they write good material within their new style.

I actually don't dislike these guys and I like the fact that they try and keep a sense of humor.
However, with this being the second "oh old things are so ironic" video I can remember in recent memory (I think the other was "the new black"), I think this is a little bit like flogging a dead horse.

The video was inspired by the 1985 Michael J.Fox movie Teen Wolf.

Well... a little. But the other stills are send offs on a number of other 80's movies (Teen Wolf was just the last of them): An American Werewolf in London, Footloose, License to Drive, Fright Night, Bachelor Party, Risky Business, and Teen Wolf.

And the dance at the party is from Michael Jackson's "Thriller" music video.
