The Static Age has parted ways with Tim Mulley. We wish him well. It's most certainly in the best interests of The Static Age overall, and is something that's needed to happen. It's been fun having him on board since last year, but it's time to move on. The core of the band remains, as always, the same -- so The Static Age remains unchanged. The band has no plans to cancel upcoming touring plans with Tiger Army in support of their 2006 release Blank Screens.

I can't wait to hear what the Dillinger Escape Plan has to say about this.

I'm seeing these guys with Street Dogs and Tiger Army in a month. What do they sound like? Are they worth checking out?
