The Format has announced two upcoming releases for this year. The first is a DVD titled Live at the Mayan Theater and is due out November 13, 2007. The second is Rarities and B-Sides which is expected on November 20, 2007

The DVD was recorded in Los Angeles this past summer and includes 90 of performances and promises songs from Dog Problems and Interventions & Lullabies. The DVD features over 15 guest musicians, including Jim Adkins (Jimmy Eat World), Adam Boyd (Honorary Title) and Jack Antonoff (Steel Train).

On November 20th, The Format will also release Rarities and B-Sides, a compilation of hard-to-find and unreleased tracks. The 18 track album will be available digitally for $7.99 and a one-time 1000 piece run of the CD's with special packaging will available free for all orders over $30 on theformatmerch.com.
