Dashboard Confessional readies Grade, Smoking Popes, Weezer, Movielife covers

According to sources, Dashboard Confessional is planning to provide a tour–exclusive covers album featuring songs from Weezer, Grade, They Might Be Giants, The Movielife and the Cure.

The album is titled The Wire Tapes: Volume One and is available on the tour. Dashboard also has a new studio album due out in October. The record is titled The Shade of Poison Trees and is due out October 02, 2007.
