Steel Train have posted two songs from their upcoming album, Trampoline. It's due out October 16, 2007.

Man, the drive-thru records logo brings me back. Remember when they had Midtown, RX Bandits, and Finch? How the mighty have fallen...

BTW, I saw Steel Train open for Finch once. They were booed off the stage. It felt pretty appropriate

That's funny, I think about that every time I see a DTR logo. I went to a DTR show in LA in 02? Allister/Midtown/Dashboard/RxB/NFG

Now it's all gone: The band mentioned above plus The Movielife, Benjamins, Cousin Oliver, etc...

I was there. Finch and Steel Train really was the beginning of the end for Drive-Thru. That, and they didn't market RX Bandits well enough.

Can we even say that RxB were marketed? I never saw a damn thing on them when Halfway came out. Even with later releases, the same deal.

But yeah the end was around Finch, Steel Train, Senses Fail and then I lost track after that. My last Drive Thru show was in 03 or 04, when Senses Fail opened for Movielife (at a pizza place in Fresno, CA). The good old days....................

The new album is acually pretty amazing, I don't know why the heck anoyone would Boo Steel Train off stage.

They are great musicians, and I have met them personally and there pretty amazing people in genreal.
I had a blast with them when they were here a couple weeks ago and they invited me to sing with them on stage and it was an awsome experience.

I will also like to add that they have a better LIVE show then thier CD's as well.

But the CD's are still incrdeible.
