Pelado Records sign The Hangouts

Pelado Records has signed College Station, TX's The Hangouts. The Hangouts have been in existence since 2006 and released a split 7" with Houston, TX's Something Fierce in 2007. The Hangouts will be recording a full length CD to be released in early 2008.

You can check out four songs from the punk band on their myspace page.

This is great news. I'm glad to see that bands from small areas can get attention and their music out effectively enough to get signed. I can't wait to hear the full length release.
