Panic! At the Disco have posted the first song from their as-yet untitled full length. The record is due out March 25, 2008. It is the follow-up to A Fever You Can't Sweat Out which was released in 2005.
The track represents a rough mix and is expected to "undergo some changes" in the coming weeks. You can check it out here. (The last song in the player) Decaydance (49 comments)

Apparently I don't have to worry. I'm guessing this is just something to shut up their fat 14-year old fans, but seriously no one cares. 2+ Replies

Haha, I read some interview with them where they said they were "influenced by the Beatles."

They should have stuck with the long, ironic song titles and called this one "Penis fencing on the ice planet Hoath". 5+ Replies

I'm pretty sure this is a joke, that they just recorded a joke song about their progress on the album, but they did call themselves a "wet dream for the web scene" on their very first album before they even had any fans, so they might be egotistical enough to make this a real song. 1+ Reply

they must be shitting me.

Well we no longer have to worry about them somehow releasing an amazing album and changing music. Same shit as before with a twist...it's not even catchy at all anymore. Or clever.

Wow, I really didn't think they could do much worse than "We're just a wet dream for the webzine," but hey, they managed to top themselves. Good for them.

HAHA! The label president and his girlfriend were paid 150K to party at a club in Miami for New Year's Eve. "I remember back in the days of the Chicago hardcore scene that I....." blah blah blah.

My friend lent me their first album. I'll tell you what, this is actually pretty good music for if you have a terrifying nightmare about witches and need something unscary to listen to in order to get back to sleep again. | Features
